A 2-day package tour that departs from Tokyo and takes you to Mt. Fuji, Hakone, and Kyoto before returning to Tokyo.
Day 1 : Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Hakone - Kyoto
Take a deluxe motorcoach to the foot of Mt. Fuji via expressway, visit Mt. Fuji Visitor Center and then drive halfway up Japan's highest mountain to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 meters. Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch. In the afternoon, visit Hakone for a cruise on Lake Ashi and a ride on the Mt. Komagatake Ropeway.

Board a shinkansen to the historical city of Kyoto. Stay at the Karasuma Kyoto Hotel
Day 2 : Kyoto - Tokyo
Go sightseeing around Kyoto in the morning, visiting Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), Nijo Castle which is noted for its gorgeous interiors, and Kyoto Imperial Palace. Enjoy a Western-style buffet lunch. After lunch, visit Sanjusangendo Temple with its 1001 impressive images of Buddha, vermilion-hued Heian Jingu Shrine and Kiyomizudera Temple with its wooden veranda. Return to Tokyo by shinkansen in the evening. Arrive at Tokyo Station between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. Drop-off service is available to hotels where pick-up service is provided.

Remarks
1. This tour is offered to travelers from overseas only.
2. The time of arrival at Kyoto on Day 1 may be later than 11:00 p.m.
3. Mt. Komagatake Ropeway may not be visited due to traffic on the following days: Apr. 29, 30; May 1, 2, 6; Jul. 15, 20, 21, 27, 28; Aug. 3, 4, 17, 18, 24, 25, 31; Sep. 7, 16, 23 , 28; Oct. 5, 12, 14, 19, 26; Nov. 2 - 4, 9, 16, 23; Dec. 28 - 30. Heavy traffic is also expected on Oct. 12 and Nov. 2, 3., and Lake Kawaguchi may be substituted for Hakone.
4. Heavy traffic is expected on Oct. 12 and Nov. 2, 3. Depending on road and traffic conditions Hakone may be replaced by Lake Kawaguchi. No refunds or cancellations will be made in such cases. Also, arrival times at Tokyo are expected to be delayed to between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m.
5. If Fuji Visitor Center is closed or the tour is behind the schedule due to traffic, Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped. 
6. If the road to Mt.Fuji's 5th station is closed due to heavy snow or the tour is behind schedule due to traffic, the tour will be taken as high as possible.
7. As temperatures drop significantly on Mt. Fuji, it is recommended to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing in fall, winter, and spring.
8. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded if Mt. Fuji is not visible (partially or fully) due to the weather conditions.
9. Komagatake Ropeway or cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted depending on traffic, weather conditions, or other operational concerns. If either or both are omitted the following alternatives may be used: Narukawa Art Museum in Hakone, Itchuku Kubota Art Museum, cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, pirate boat on Lake Ashi, Hakone En Aquarium, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Ropeway (Owakudani Valley), or Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway. Your tour guide will finalize alternatives based on careful consideration of tour logistics and other conditions.
10. The guide may not accompany back to Tokyo. In this case, information on how to return to hotels will be provided.
11. The bus may make multiple stops at hotels in Hakone to drop off overnight guests after sightseeing concludes.
12. On Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed. On these days, the tour will visit an alternative destination (typically Kitano-tenmangu Shrine). The same is true of the period before and after the public viewing of the Kyoto Imperial Palace in April and October, May 14 - 17 due to the Aoi Festival, and whenever there is an Imperial Household event. On May 25 and Aug. 25, Nishi Honganji Temple will be the alternative.
13. On Tuesdays (Wednesday if Tuesday is a national holiday) in January, July, August, and December and over the year-end New Year's holidays, Nijo Castle is closed. The tour will visit Ryoanji Temple or Daitokuji Daisen-in Temple instead.
14. Please note that you will be asked to complete a form indicating your full name, nationality, gender, and age before entering Kyoto Imperial Palace.
15. Please provide advance notice if your group consists of five or more Japanese citizens. If you do not inform us of this information in advance, your party may be denied entry to Kyoto Imperial Palace.
16. During the Jidai Festival on October 22, Heian Shrine is closed to the public and will be replaced in the itinerary by Chishaku-in Temple. If the Jidai Festival is postponed, changes may be made to the tour itinerary to match.
17. Pick-up service from Kyoto Hotel Okura, Karasuma Kyoto Hotel, Hotel Monterey Kyoto, and Nikko Princess Kyoto is not available during the Gion Festival (July 17) and the Jidai Festival (October 22) due to traffic restrictions.
18. During the Gion Festival (July 14 - 16), drop-off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel, Hotel Monterey Kyoto, and Nikko Princess Kyoto is unavailable due to traffic restrictions.
19. Connection to the Kyoto Maiko Dinner is possible. Please choose to be dropped off at Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to do so.
20. Connection to the Kyoto Night Tour are not possible due to time constraints.
