This tour visits Koyasan, registered as a World Heritage Site titled 'Sacred Site and Pilgrimage Route in the Kii Mountain Range'. Explore the sacred site 900 metres (2953ft.) high, where you can find temples, pagodas, towers, Buddha statues and mandalas.

Depart Swissotel Nankai Osaka Hotel to visit the following by bus and on foot. *Report at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
Lunch (60 min)
Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch at Mt. Koya's Ichinohashi Tourist Center.
Okunoin (70 min)
Walk along an unworldly promenade stretching between two temples and cutting through a thick carpet of lush cedar trees, where nearly 20 thousand tombstones of the deceased ranging from civilians to royalty stand silently.
Danjo Garan (75 min)
Visit a sacred temple complex symbolized by a massive pagoda of vivid red standing out from amidst a sea of lively green trees and antique brown temples.
5:45 - 6:00 p.m.
Arrive at Nankai Namba Station. Tour concludes upon arrival.
